5. Listen to a nice comedy-You should realize by now that laughter is the best remedy?

6. Massage or Spa-Excellent technique of relaxing years of accumulated worry.

I am sure you understand by now. Whatever it is, be sure that you've got an alternative to relax and release anxiety rather than finding "the" reason you're turning back to cigarettes.
